Report an inappropriate ad

Ads in Bubble Reef are provided by Google AdMob and are limited to content suitable for general audiences. If an ad looks offensive, misleading or unsuitable, please email support@otwistgames.com with:

  • a screenshot of the ad, if you can take one;
  • the advertiser or product shown, and roughly when you saw it;
  • whether it was the second-chance video or a full-screen ad between games.

We review every report and block the advertiser or category in AdMob where appropriate. You can also tap the small "i" / AdChoices mark on many ads to give feedback to Google directly. To stop ads entirely, use Remove ads forever in the app's Settings.

Common questions

How do I play?

Drag to aim the clam cannon and release to shoot. Creatures float up to the water surface; when two identical creatures touch they merge into the next one, all the way up to the axolotl. Bank shots off the walls follow the dotted guide. The pile grows down from the surface; the game ends when a resting creature stays past the red line for about two seconds.

What is the second chance?

Once per game, after the game ends, you can continue by watching a short optional video ad. With Remove Ads the second chance is free. If no ad is available at that moment the button simply does not appear; nothing is taken away from you.

How do I remove ads?

Open Settings and tap Remove ads forever. It is a one-time purchase that removes the full-screen ads and makes the second chance free. It is not a subscription.

I bought Remove Ads on another device or reinstalled the app

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase. If a family member must approve purchases (Ask to Buy), the purchase completes automatically after approval.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see or change payments.

How do I change my ad privacy or tracking choices?

While ads are active and a consent message applies (for example in the EU), open Settings and tap Ad privacy choices. Tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Gameplay is the same whatever you choose; only the ads (and whether an ad is available for the second chance) may differ. Details are in the privacy policy.

There is no sound or music

  • Check the sound and music switches and volume sliders in the app's Settings.
  • Bubble Reef follows the ring/silent switch. If another app is already playing audio (for example a podcast), that audio keeps playing and the game's own music stays quiet.
  • Music pauses while an ad is on screen and resumes afterwards.

Will I lose my progress?

Your current game is saved automatically, so you can leave and continue later (a daily challenge can be continued on the same day). Scores and records are stored on your device and can be included in your normal iCloud or computer backup. Deleting the app deletes them.

How to report a bug

Email support@otwistgames.com and, to help us reproduce the problem, please include:

  • Your device model (for example, iPhone 15) and iOS version.
  • The app version (currently 1.0).
  • What happened and what you expected to happen.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible.
